AARP Smart Driver Course
The AARP Smart Driver Course is a defensive driving refresher designed for motorists age 50 and older. The program teaches updated rules of the road, safe-driving strategies to compensate for age-related physical changes, and how to use modern vehicle technologies. There are no tests to pass, and completing the course often qualifies drivers for a multi-year auto insurance discount.
Cost: $20 for AARP members/$25 for non-members paid directly to AARP instructor.
