Parks & Recreation is offering complimentary Valentine Kits beginning February 1st. 1 Kit per child please as quantities are limited. Kits will be available for pick-up at the Parks & Recreation Office beginning Monday, February 8th during regular office hours.

The Parks & Recreation Office is still closed to the public at this time. Please call 860.627.6662 when you arrive and we will bring the kit out to you. Our address is 25 School Street, East Windsor. We are located at the Town Hall Annex (same building as the Police Station). Please park in front of the grey door with the white railing. 

We are open Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-4:30pm, Thursday 8:30am-7:00pm and Friday 8:30am-1:00pm.

Kits contain a small stuffed animal, stickers, tattoos, candy and a craft.
